WELLINGTON, This Day. The three special tribunals which will investigate in private the financial position of appellants whose appeals have been allowed ■by the Armed Forces Appeal Boards will commence sittings in the near future. Their duty is to ensure as far as possible that no successful appellant will be placed in a financial position superior to a soldier on active service.
