King Peter At St. Paul’s -Coming-of-Age

(Rec. 2.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 16. The King and Queen today attended a service at St. Paul’s Cathedral to celebrate the coming-of-age of King Peter of Yugoslavia. The Archbishop of Canterbury conducted the service, assisted by representatives of the Greek Orthodox Church, and churches of other Allied States. The heads of Allied Stales present, included King Haakon of Norway, the Duchess of Luxemburg and the Russian Ambassador (M. Maisky) also attended. King Peter, who sat beside the King, was accompanied by his mother and his two younger brothers. The congregation included representatives of the fighting forces and the Dominions.
