Mr. Vincent’s Forecast
Mr. H. M. Vincent supplied the following special forecast to the “Advocate” at noon today.—
Cloudy to overcast, but still mainly fair to fine. Mild temperatures. Rather cold nights. Variable and light to moderate breezes, westerlies prevailing. Seas moderate. Further Outlook: Chiefly fair to fine, with a few isolated showers in the west.
