LONDON, Sept. 4. There has been no official announcement in London so fat about the British mission to Moscow, but Lord Beaverbrook will be the leader, says "The Times.' It is announced in Washington that President Roosevelt has appointed a mission of five to go to Russia. They will be headed by the supervisor in Britain of Lend-Lease deliveries (Mr. Averall Harriman). The others are General Burns, General Brett, Admiral Stadley and the deputy director of the Office of Production Management '.Mr. William Batt).
