To Co-ordinate British Propaganda
(British Official Wireless] (Rec. 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 3. To co-ordinate the whole of the British foreign propaganda, the British Government is to constitute a committee of representatives from the Foreign Office, Ministry for Economic Warfare, Ministry for Information and the British Council. The 8.8. C. and other bodies will collaborate wifh this political warfare department. Full plans have not yet been completed, but there is no question of a Minister being appointed. It will be a joint organisation of all the bqqUes represented.
