Paterson, S.M.) at a sitting of the No. 2 Armed Forces Appeal Board, when the appellant. a farmer of Waikino, stated that he and two other brothers had been drawn in the same ballot and had decided among themselves which should appeal and ask to be allowed to look after the family’s farm properties, on which also lived their pensioner father and invalid mother. Appellant said that his two brothers would shortly be going to camp. An adjournment sine die was granted.
