None Badly Hurt When Car Rolls 200 Feet
[Special to “Northern Advocate”] TAUMARUNUI, This Day. A motor car occupied by four men went ever a hillside at a bend on the main highway on Piriaka Hill and rolled 200 ft. The car was wrecked. Mr. David Rube, married, of Owhango, the driver, suffered bruises and a scalp wound; Mr. Peter Putnin, of Tokaanu, bruises and abrasions; Mr. Victor Ford, of Tokaanu. a fractured leg and bruises to the head and face; Mr. Arthur Parkin, also of Tokaanu, injuries to the neck.
