OPERATIONS AT WHANGAREI HOSPITAL
Already more operations have been performed at the Whangarei Hospital during the first half of this year than during the whole of 1939. This informal ion was given to the hospital board by the medical superintendent (Dr. Hall) at a meeting of the board today. Dr. Hali said that for the first half of this year, 1070 operations had been performed at the hospital, while for the whole of 1939 the number was 1045. In 1940, 1737 were performed.
