Mr. Vincent’s Forecast Mr. H. M. Vincent supplied the following special forecast to tlie “Advocate” at noon today:— Fine and bright. Milder day temperatures, but very cold night with frosts inland. Southerly to southeasterly winds, light to moderate. Seas moderate. Further Outlook: A continuance of fine, bright weather for several days.
