Teed Up For War—The Tokio golf course, described like a multitude of others as “the world’s finest —its turf imported from Scotland” —is being taken over for army purposes. The membership includes five Imperial Princes. Nevertheless, the army considers that golf is not in keeping with the new national structure and the present emergency.
