Netherlands.—The military commander of the Netherlands announces that 15 persons convicted of sabotage and espionage were shot, the Berlin news agency states. Death sentences on three others were commuted to life imprisonment. Three men convicted of instigating strikes have been shot, says an Amsterdam message.
