Mr. Vincent’s Forecast
Mr H. M. Vincent supplied the following special forecast to the “Advocate” at noon today:
Fair to cloudy with warm and humid conditions. Rather unsettled at times, with occasional showers. Easterly to north-easterly winds, light to moderate, freshening. Seas moderate but rising somewhat on the East Coast.
A slight disturbance is developing north of the Dominion. Further outlook: Conditions becoming rather unsettled.
