It is learned in London that the following types of American aircraft are being and will be flown across the Atlantic to Britain. The Lockheed Hudson longrange reconnaissance bomber, for the Coastal Command; the Boeing 8.17, a four-engined bomber, commonly called the “flying fortress”; the consolidated two-engined flying boat; and the Lockheed Vega Venture bomber, which is a larger and faster version of '.he Hudson.
