“LONDON CAN TAKE IT” BUYS PLANES
(Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, January 12. The Minister for Aircraft Production (Lord Beaverbrook) has cabled his thanks to Warner Bros., motion picture producers, New York, who sent 25,000 dollars for aircraft. The gift comprised the entire receipts from the distribution of the American film, “London Can Take It.”
