Female Clerk Charged With £996 Theft
[Special to “Northern Advocate ”] AUCKLAND, This Day.
A clerk, Phyllis Olive Barnett, aged 30, was charged in the Police Court today that on April 26 last, being a clerk in the employ of Robert Urquhart, she stole £996, the property of Robert Urquhart. A remand until next Thursday was granted, bail being allowed in two sureties, each of £2(JD.
