Bruce, although too : young lor service overseas, joined up with the Territorial forces. He was attending a territorial camp when he contracted influenza. Pleurisy developed, resulting in his death. While attending High School he was a promising all round athlete, being a I good track athlete, cricketer, swimmer, tennis and Rugby player. Mr Mcßeath was a member of the Cnerahi Presbyterian Bible Class. Three sisters are all attending school. The funeral will take place at Cnerahi on Saturday.
