Four-Point Plan Of Nazi Invasion Of England

LONDON, May 28. Nazi propagandists in South-East Europe are spreading reports of German plans for a two months’ blitzkrieg against Britain. This is part of their normal propaganda machinery to create fear in public minds. Bucharest messages say that the propagandists predict a violent attack on Briain by air, land, and sea, late in the summer. They claim that four new instruments of war will_ be used in the blitzkrieg against Britain: — 1. —A secretly developed 450 m.p.h. bomber, carrying two tons of new type high explosive, equal to four tons of the explosives used now. 2. Hundreds of baby submarines able to negotiate shallow harbours and rivers. 3. A fleet of “flea” boats, each transporting 50 to 100 fully armed men, at high speed. 4. —A powder which turns into gas when it touches a damp surface. Parachute Squads Transport planes will also drop squads of parachutists at strategic points in Britain, the propagandists add. They also suggest that if the blitzkrieg fails, and German supplies dwindle, the approach of winter will allow the Nazis to retire until the spring to replenish armies and munitions.
