Kaitaia
Mr G. Rickard, who has been under treatment in a private hospital at Auckland, has returned to Kaitaia. Mr J. Ryan, who conducts the Kai-taia-Herekino mail and passenger service, is suffering from a rather serious illness, resulting in a slight disorganisation of the service. A substitute had to be found at short notice, .and it takes a little time to become familiar with deliveries over the whole route.
