Significant Activity In Balkans (Received 3 p.m.) LONDON-, Mav 10. A MESSAGE FROM BUDAPEST SAYS THAT YUGOSLAVIA HAS CALLED UP 100,000 MEN. King Carol of Rumania has summoned his Cabinet. Hungary, Greece and Bulgaria have rushed up reinforcements to the frontiers. A message from Rome says the German Ambassador (Von Maekensen) visited Signor Mussolini. Belgrade reports that the German frontier is closed at Maribor. Budapest says the Germans have closed the Hungarian-Gennan frontier. • From Paris conies the report that the Brenner frontier is-closed, it is believed, because of sabotage by Austrian railwaymen.
