Squally, With Occasional Showers Squally with occasional showers, hail and thunder in western districts. West to south-westerly winds strong to gale force. Rough seas on the west coast. A very deep cyclonic disturbance is now centred off the east coast of the North Island. Temperatures will become much colder.
