The “MIDDLE RUN” Stud was founded in 1902 with the Monopolist— Primrose strain and by systematically line-breeding to it for nearly 40 years the best features of good heads, capacity and wonderful udders have been well preserved. Middle Run Jerseys have exerted a very beneficial influence on the Jersey breed throughout the Dominion and no herd is complete without an infusion of their prepotent blood. A special feature of the Sale is the offering of the proved herd sires and specially selected young stud bulls. The herd is a young and very healthy one. There are 4 V.H.C. cows and practically all others of age are H.C. Many of the latter should qualify V.H.C. with a little more maturity. Commissions executed on behalf of absentee buyers.
