Eire After British Orders To Denmark
(Received 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 29. The Eire Minister for Agriculture (Mr James Ryan) and the Minister for Supplies (Mr S. F. Lemass) have arrived in London for a conference with British Ministers concerning trade relations. A spokesman declared that the delegates are pressing J'or a good share of agricultural orders formerly given to Denmark. Britain could conserve huge sums of foreign exchange by buying from .Irish farmers and also economise in shipping. Eire is able to increase her productive capacity 50 per cent without strain.
