Titoki
On Saturday last the Purua Tennis Club played a match with the Titoki club. A very enjoyable day was spent by all. Tennis went in full swing until the afternoon tea adjournment, when all were ready for the sumptuous repast served by the ladies of the Titoki club. Mr R. Finlayson, on behalf of the Purua club, returned thanks for the delightful day. A cordial invitation was given to Titoki to repay the visit. Mr Hill suitably replied. The day ended in victory for Titoki by 15 sets to 9.
