312 Further Recruits In Northern Area

AUCKLAND, This Day. During last week a total ot 312 ear listments for the Second Expeditionary Force was received in the Northern Military District. This brings the total ior the district to 9910 since the outbreak of war. Men passed as fit last week totalled 325. A total of 7148 men in the Northern Military District has now been passed as fit. Temporarily unfit men last week numbered 17, making a total of 701 in the district. ►Since the' war began 5235 men from the Northern Military District have gone to camp. There were 263 men sent to camp in the district last week.
