Rumania Keeps High-Grade Petrol
BUCHAREST, February 20. The export of all high grade petrol for aeroplane use has been prohibited by the Rumanian Government. Oil can be exported only in crude form, from which only 20 per cent, can he extracted for aeroplane use.
