[Per Press Association. Copyright ] NAPIER. This Day. It is understood that the Bishop ot Waiapu, the Rt. Rev. G. V. Gerard, is going overseas with the New Zealand forces as chief chaplain, with the rank of colonel. It is expected that he will sail with the third echelon.
