Bigger Payouts For Maungatapere, Waipu There was increased production for January at the Maungatapere Dairy Company’s factory, which manufactured 175 tons of butter, compared with 163 for the same month last year. The total tonnage up to January was 823 tons, compared with 849 tons for the same period last year. Payout for the month amounted to £19,909, against £17,720 last year. The total payout for the season to date is £90,346, against £90,308 last year. Waipu Figures The Waipu company paid out £9IOO or the month, compared with £B3OB for January, 1939.
