the Ist February an instalment of i the Registration Fee (five shillings) becomes payable by all male | persons twenty years of age or over who are ordinarily resident in New Zealand, other than those exempt. Every person who is entitled to exemption must complete the appropriate form of application for exemption within seven days after the last day for payment of the instalment.
