Father Enlists To Join Soldier Son
A Whangarei’ father wishes to join his son, who is overseas with the First Echelon of the Second Expeditionary Force. Enlisting at the Whangarei Army Office this week, he gave his age as 38. To Army officials he stated he had a son away in the First Echelon and wished to join him overseas so he could keep a fatherly eye upon him.
