The directors of G. J. Coles and Co., Ltd., Melbourne, have declared an interim dividend at the unchanged rate of 7| per cent.

Net profit of Imperial Chemical Industries of Australia and New Zealand, Ltd., for the year ended September 30, after providing for depreciation, taxation, etc., was £380,720, according to a preliminary statement issued by the directors.
