Children’s Swimming Pool At Hora Hora Domain
A children’s swimming pool has been opened at Hora Hora Park by the Mayor (Mr Jones), Thirty feet long. 15ft wide, with a uniform depth of ft 6in to 3ft, it is ideal for the instruction of primary school pupils, for which it has been specially designed. The sharing of the cost by the Whangarei Borough Council and the school committee has enabled a fine public utility to be provided at small cost to both parties.
