Russian Ship Wrecked; 550 Dead

NEW YORK, December 13.

Five hundred and fifty people are known to be dead, and 402 were saved as the result of the sinking of the Russian passenger steamer Indigirka (2336 tons), of Hokkaido, says the Tokio correspondent of the Associated Press of America.

The cause of the sinking is not known.
