A Uruguayan report says that the authorities apparently rejected a German appeal to allow the Graf Spee to remain 30 days. In well-informed circles there would be no surprise if the Graf Spee chose internment, although dramatic developments are expected. Reuter’s correspondent learns that reinforcement of the British cruisers makes movement of the Graf Spee impossible.
