Baseball Association Meets
The lasi?meeting of the 1939 season was held by the North Auckland Base- \ ball Association last night. > The secretary of the Tui Club was guest of the association. Mr E. Montague resigned from the position of minute secretary because of pressure of work. The Kaikohe Club advised inability to accept the invitation to play a match in Whangarei on Saturday. To replace this fixture, the second series of games for the Emily Randell Cup will be played. A donation of a handmade cushion was made to the association -by Mrs H. ‘Edge. . *
