Queen Victoria’s Daughter Dies

The death has occurred at Kensington Palace of Princess Louise, Duchess of Argyle, at the age of 91. She. was the oldest surviving child of Queen Victoria. Her illness had extended over, many months. ,* ’ ' v Princess Louise passed away peacefully, says a British Official Wireless message this morning. ' No arrangements have yet been made for the funeral.

The- Princess was in her 92nd year. When her husband, the Duke ,of Argyll, went to Canada as GovernorGeneral. she accompanied him. The surviving children of Queen Victoria are the Duke, of Connaught and Princess Beatrice.
