A further shoot in the championship series of the Whangarci Defence Rifle Club was held on Sunday, when a fresh varying wind that shifted rapidly made accurate shooting difficult. Host scores were: R. H. Allan, 47 at 200 yards, 40 at 300 yards, handicap 2, total 95; G. Neville 48. 46—94; W. Norris 47, 44—91; J. Norris 43, 44 (2)—-89: ,J. Copeland 33, 47 (6) —80.
