THE RUSSIANS ARE REPORTED TO HAVE OCCUPIED PETSAMO, ON THE ARCTIC NEAR KARACHI PENINSULA, AFTER FIERCE FIGHTING, IN THE COURSE OP WHICH RUSSIAN TROOPS WERE LANDED BY PARACHUTE.
