Nazi Merchant Ships Capture Swedish, Finnish Vessels
STOCKHOLM. Nov. 8.
Armed German merchant ships captured- the Swedish steamer Rita and the Finnish steamer Otava. Otava (1300 tons) was carrying a cargo of woodpulp. Bad. weather forced the German prize crew to sail her into Swedish territorial waters. She was sighted in the gulf of Bosnia yesterday. The Rita (3000 tons) which was carrying cellulose, was captured off the south west coast of Sweden,
