Arm Caught In Can-Washing Machine

I Special to “Northern Advocate \ WAR.KWORTH, This Day.

While operating a can-washing machine at the Rodney Dairy Company's factory at Warkworth on Sunday morning, a cream contractor, Mr G. A. Mainland, of Kaipara Flats, had his hand severely injured. His hand was caught between the rotating centre and the outside casing qf the machine. It was necessary to lever the machine open with a spade and a crowbar before the arm could be released.

Mr Mainland was attended by Dr R. V. Shaw, of Warkworth. and taken home.
