Electric Supplies To Be Controlled

The appointment of a controller of electrical supplies is provided for in the. electricity emergency regulations. The regulations deal with the control, generation, transmission, distribution, sale and use of electricity throughout the Dominion, and are applicable to all public as well as pri-vately-owned electrical supply systems.
