Fred Henneberry. the Australian boxer, outpointed “Ginger” Sadd (Norwich) in a 12-round contest.

After Jack McAvoy beat Sadd on May 22, to retain the British middleweight title, it was stated that Henneberry was to be matched against Sadd. and if successful the Australian would be pitted against McAvoy in a title Bout.
