Anglo-Soviet Talks Again Indecisive
(Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, July 27,
The Sovict-British talks, which were chiefly in connection with indirect aggression in regard to Baltic States, concluded indecisively.
A Paris message says that General Boumenc, commander of the First Army Corps at Lille, will lead the French military mission to Russia. His appointment confirms the belief that staff talks will open shortly between the British, French and Russian mili-
tary authorities. An Independent Cable Service message says it is understood the Government is prepared to send a military mission to Moscow if the Soviet is agreeable.
