Children’s Party

Shirley Brake entertained a number of her little friends at a party cn Wednesday afternoon, on the occasion of her seventh birthday. Mrs L. J. Brake spared no effort to make the party a success, and the little ones thoroughly enjoyed themselves, playing games and singing and folkdancing to the tunes of their favour-

ite songs. The party tea, together with balloons and paper hats, and the cutting of the birthday cake, was the merriest part of the function. The final excitement was a treasure hunt for each boy and girl, with a gift for each at the end of it. This concluded a bright and happy afternoon.
