HOW TO KEEP THE YOLK OF AN EGG when you have only need for the white. Prick a hole as large as necessary in the eggshell and pour out the white. Paste a piece of tissue-paper dipped in the white over the hole, and the yolk can be kept fresh for a few days. It is advisable to keep it in a cool place.
