Dipping of Headlights
[Special to “Northern Advocate ”l AUCKLAND, Thursday. From to-day, the dipping of headlights on motor cars is compulsory. The majority of motorists realise the strain and danger caused by dazzling headlights and dip promptly as traffic approaches. The practice is by no means universal, however, and what was previously an act of courtesy is now, under the regulations gazetted last month, an obligation for all. ___
