Congratulations, Des!

Congratulations to Des. Wyatt, of the Hikurangi Kupe Club Hapu. , He is the first member—and the first young Northlander I have heard of — to raise his £5.

But Des. is not going to sit down on the job. He knows the Kupe Club motto, and knows, too, that happiness comes to those who bring happiness to others. “Des. and his mother arc very busy now helping several of our other members who are keen to go to Wellington,” wrote Mrs Stockley, one of the Hikurangi Hapu’s tohungas. Well done, Des! May your success be an inspiration to others.
