OF WHANGAREI MOTOR LORRY TRAFFIC RESTRICTED Public notice is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Clause 3 of Regulation 8 of the Heavy Motor Vehicles Regulations 1932, has prohibited the use of all heavy motor vehicles on what is generally known as the PipiwaiKaikou road from the end of the Main Highway at the Hikurangi river bridge to the County boundary at Kaiko'u, as from the 26th day of July, 1939,'t0 the 31st day of October, 1939, inclusive, provided that this prohibition may be modified in special cases and on such conditions as the Council thinks fit to impose on written application setting forth all facts in support thereof.
