Is Italy Keeping German Secret?

LONDON. July 12. Foreign military observers believe Italy’s orders for the expulsion of foreigners and Swiss residents from the Italian Tyrol are designed to ensure secrecy for important 'German troop movements across the Brenner Pass to Italy in the near future, says the Geneva correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph.” It is pointed out that when two German divisions went to Italy last month their presence was immediately disclosed in spite of elaborate secrecy measures. One was the motorised Wuppertal division now on the Italian Riviera, near the French frontier, and the other was the Westfalen in? fantry idvision, which has : since gone to Libya. Large German forces, specially equiped for colonial service, are reported to be quartered around Innsbruck and Graz, and it is believed they are shortly going tp Libya.
