An Englishman Stripped
LONDON, July 2. An Englishman,, Mr John Anderson, was stripped naked at the Concession barrier at Tientsin. The Japanese snatched his passport, with which they slapped his face, states a report from Tientsin. Japan is allowing one foreign vessel per nation to enter Swatow each week, according to a message from the American Associated Press representative in Tokio, carrying only food and mails. All arms or ammunition aboard will bo confiscated.
