Waipu’s One-A-Week Carnival Effort
“Ono-a-week” is Waipu’s slogan, so far as Centennial Queen Carnival money-making efforts are concerned.
Already a concert and dance has been held at Mata by the Waipu committee, this function proving a great success. The “one-a-week” scheme definitely g#ts results. Already Waipu has £3O in hand—-a tribute to the energy and enthusiasm of the people of this most historic district.
